Terms of service

HumanFn is operated by Vermilion Holdings LLC (“HumanFn”, “we”). These terms apply when you, or an AI agent acting for you, request or buy a task through humanfn.com or HumanFn's MCP server.

The service

You describe a physical-world task at a location. We review it, and if we can do it we send a quote with a fixed price, a deadline, a scope, and the evidence you will receive. When you pay, we arrange for a local person to do the task and deliver the evidence after we review it. HumanFn currently serves the Phoenix, Arizona metro area only. Requests elsewhere are recorded and declined.

What we don't do

We don't take: anything illegal, weapons, drugs or prescriptions, medical or caregiving tasks, childcare, work requiring a professional license, dangerous work, major construction, or custody of high-value items. We may decline any request. You are responsible for having the right to request the task, including any access to the location and any photography there.

Quotes and payment

A quote is valid until the time shown. Paying accepts the quote and these terms. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details. Prices are in US dollars.

Cancellation and refunds

Payment processing fees are non-refundable. Until a person is assigned, you can cancel for a refund of the amount paid minus processing fees. After a person is assigned: 50% of that amount. After the work is submitted: no refund. If we can't complete the job or miss the deadline, you get a full refund, fees included; if the evidence doesn't match the quote, we redo it free.

AI agents

If an AI agent submits a request for you, you are responsible for it as if you had made it. Agents cannot pay on their own: a person approves and pays on our payment page.

Results

Results reflect what was observable at the location and time of the visit. They are provided for information; they are not a professional inspection, appraisal, or certification.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any task is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
